Refund Policy

1. Our 7-day full-refund promise

Bought Nebulingo Pro and changed your mind? You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of the time of purchase. This applies to both the monthly and annual plans, on the payment that starts a new subscription.

2. Once per 12 months

So we can keep this promise generous and sustainable — and to prevent repeated buy-and-refund cycles — the 7-day full-refund right may be exercised once per rolling 12-month period, per account. A further purchase within that same period is not covered by the automatic window (but please read section 5 — we still want to hear from you).

3. Digital content & your EU/EEA right of withdrawal

Nebulingo Pro is digital content that is supplied and made available to you immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and gaining instant access to Pro features, you expressly request that we begin performance straight away, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumers in the EU/EEA (and equivalent cooling-off rights in other jurisdictions).

In its place we voluntarily offer the straightforward 7-day full-refund guarantee described above — available worldwide, on our own fair terms. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have that cannot be waived under mandatory local law.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at support@nebulingo.com from the address on your account, within the 7-day window, and we'll take care of your full refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment provider; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.

5. After the window — talk to us anyway

Life happens. If your 7-day window has passed, or you've already used your refund for the year, you are still warmly encouraged to reach out. We read every message personally and will always try to do right by you — whether that means a courtesy refund, account credit, or simply helping fix whatever went wrong.

6. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Pro at any time from your profile. Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Outside the refund window described above, amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

7. Free forever

Nebulingo's core learning experience is free forever and never requires payment, so nothing in this policy limits your ability to keep charting your galaxy at no cost.
